In-Store Pickup Policy

Choose the "Pick Up In-Store" option in your cart or checkout page.
Step 2
RECEIVE PICKUP NOTIFICATION
Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email or text message letting you know that it's ready to pick up.

PICK UP ORDER AT our STORE
Bring your identification and notification email to our Martelec store in Caguas.

*Store pickup is valid only at our store in Caguas during store’s normal operating hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00a.m. to 4:30p.m.) and only for orders confirmed via In-Store Order Pickup Notification email or text. We are located on Road 175 Km. 1.2, Caguas, PR. Most orders are ready within a few hours, however, please allow for extra processing time on large orders. Subject to availability. Delivery options are available depending on size of the order. Minimum purchase requirements may apply. Please email onlineorders@martelec.com to ask about the best delivery option for you. Delivery costs are additional. Due to current events and high volume, orders may be delayed.

How does the Pick Up In Store process work?

You will receive an email message Order Confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. Then, you'll receive a Pick Up In Store Notification when your order is ready to be picked up at Martelec.

Once you arrive at the store, you can pick up your order at the front counter with one of our associates. Please bring your ID and Order or Pickup notification email.

Once my order is ready, how long will it be available for pickup?

Your order will remain available for a maximum of 7 days from the time you receive a Pick Up in Store notification. Orders not claimed after 7 days may be subject to cancellation with refund less a $10 handling fee. For more information, please contact Customer Support by email at onlineorders@martelec.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Why do I need to provide my phone number when placing an order online?

If for some reason there is an issue with a specific store's inventory, a store associate may need to reach you directly to provide additional information in regards to your order.

What do I need to bring to the store to pick up my order(s)?

For easy order pickup, please bring the following with you to the store:

  • A government-issued photo ID
  • Your Order Confirmation email or the Pick Up In Store Notification Email

What if I can't pick up my order at the store and need to send someone to

pick up my order for me?

For your protection, only you or a pre-authorized pickup person may pick up your order. Simply provide the name and email address of the person who will pick up your order sending an email to onlineorders@martelec.com. Providing this information allows us to send the Pick Up In Store Order Notification email directly to you as well as your pre-authorized pickup person.

Your designated pickup person, will need to bring the following to the store:

  • A government-issued photo ID
  • Your order number
  • Pick Up In Store Order Notification Email

Your items will remain available for a maximum of seven days from the time you receive a Pick Up

In Store Notification. Orders not claimed after that will be available as a regular item in our store. For more information, please contact Customer Support by email at onlineorders@martelec.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What if I need to cancel my order?

To cancel a Buy Online, Pick Up in Store order, you must send an email to onlineorders@martelec.com explaining the reason of the cancellation. All product order cancellations, if not prohibited above, must be approved by Martelec, and may be denied, or subject to restocking fees and other charges.

To cancel your order and/or in-store pickup, please contact Customer Support by email at onlineorders@martelec.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What if I need to return an item(s) that I ordered?

To return any item(s), simply bring your order receipt with you to our Martelec store in Caguas, Road 175 Km. 1.2. Please refer to our current return policy for details. Also you may write an email to onlineorders@martelec.com explaining the reasons for your return to verify with us if your item qualifies for a return. All returns must comply with our Return Policy, must be approved by Martelec, and may be denied or subject to restocking fees and other charges. Please see Return Policy for more details.
